Training and fitness is a vital part of dragon boat paddling.  During your two free paddling sessions, a coach will provide one-on-one paddling training to each new paddler before you get into the boat as well as while on the water.   However, you can find a variety of YouTube videos on paddling techniques and exercises designed specifically for dragon boating on the web.  To get you started  we have provided  a few examples that will improve your dragon boat experience and success.
